Save the date: September 6th!

We're back this year with our community tool sale, but with a twist! This year we are opening the sale up to woodcrafters to sell their wares too! Anyone wanting to sell used tools is still welcome, of course! It will be on Saturday, September 6, in coordination with the Tree Streets Yard Sale in Johnson City. This is a chance for you to make some cash (and space in the workshop!).

We had a great time last year, and this year is going to be even better! We will have Care's Creamery setting up inside with some homemade ice-cream and frozen treats as well as coffee and goodies from Blue's Brews! We will be opening at 7:00 AM to make sure we catch the early yard sale crowds.

Make your own Cutting Board!

Join us for a 2-part workshop on making a edge grain cutting board. We will be guiding everyone though the process, from selecting the perfect wood to sanding and finishing their cutting boards. Get ready to chop, slice, and dice in style with your own handmade cutting board!

Part 1 of the course includes designing the board and glueing it together. And in part 2, scheduled at your convenience and that of our woodworkers, you'll complete the process and have a finished cutting board to take home.
