We will be opening at 7:00 AM to make sure we catch the early yard sale crowds.

Thank you all so much for your interest in out Cutting Board Craft Course! It has quickly become a a favorite and regular course. The good news for us (yet maybe sad news for those that didn’t get to sign up) is that tomorrow’s class is sold out! If you didn’t get in this time, never fear. Our Next cutting board Craft Course is already scheduled for October 9!

Woodturning Demo with Walter Panek!

We are so happy to be partnering with the TriCities Woodturners club again for another Wood Turning Craft Course Conversation!

Join us at the shop as local Woodturner Walt Panek will demonstrate various bowl turning techniques, including a "Square bowl."

We'll let Walt introduce himself:

"I have been turning since I bought my first lathe in 1979 and sold through craft shows since 1982. My goal on each piece is to create a shape that is interesting in shape and feel.

I am continuing to try to improve my turning techniques to minimize sanding to speed production and reduce the hazards from sanding dust."

Thanks to all that came and saw us at Meet the Mountains Festival! Despite the heat we had a great time meeting new people and hanging out with old friends, all while getting to show off some of our recent work and celebrate the mountains we call home!

We will be restocking exotic lumber again soon! Is there something specific you need for an upcoming project? Maybe some extra wide purple heart? Some 8/4 Padauk? Or even something you’re not even sure if we can get? Let us know! You might be surprised what we can find.
