Due to naturally occurring mineral staining processes the Tulip Poplar (Tennessee's state tree) will sometimes have streaks of vibrant colors running throughout its usual white, green and grey tones. When this occurs, the lumber is referred to as "Rainbow Poplar."
Our boards are already S4S at 1x8 and ready to be used in your next project! Come by and find them in the Staff Select section.

Join us for a Craft Course on building a birdhouse.
This is a begginer level class and is suitable for anyone 6-years and older.
Children under 18 must be accompanied by a legal guardian, and children 10 and under must have an adult assisting them. The guardian does not need to buy a ticket unless they also want to make a birdhouse.
Birdhouse kits will be pre-cut and ready to be assembled in the class.
Afterwards, birdhouses can be taken home to paint, stain, and/or seal.
Bring your favorite hammer.
